All products must be returned in a new and unused condition, in perfect condition, with all protective materials and designer tags attached. We reserve the right to refuse any return if the product shows signs of wear or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way. 

All Sale items, Footwear, Outerwear, and Swimsuits are FINAL SALE. No exceptions.

In-store purchases may be returned within 7 days, for store credit only. 

Online orders may be returned within 15 days from date of receipt for a complete refund (less shipping costs) to the same card on which it was purchased. We cannot make any exceptions and any requests falling outside of the 15 day time frame outlined above will not be accepted. 

Items purchased online can be returned via UPS or certified mail to French + Italian. All returned items must be in the original condition and packaging and sent to:

We will ship your order via UPS. Your order will ship within 2 business days. You can select how fast you would like to receive your order at checkout. 

UPS Ground:  $18.00 (currently free with orders over $250)

UPS 2-DAY EXPRESS: $35.00

UPS Next Day Air: $125.00 

For international orders, duties and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. Should the package be refused at the point of delivery, the order will be charged a return shipping fee as well as the duties and taxes incurred on the shipment.
